A deep and powerful journey of transformation and personal discovery based on Tom Brown Jnr and Jon Young's continuing work, using an 8 shields model of developmental learning. Participants will develop their skills and deepen their awareness and then undertake a wilderness quest.
The year course is a life changing, deep immersion experience. This is not just bush-craft training; nature connection practices are intrinsically therapeutic.
The program will bring together three main teaching threads; bush craft or natural living skills, nature or expanded awareness and wilderness philosophy. The latter includes what are traditionally known as shamanic technologies - covering such skills as plant and spirit communication, remote viewing, and invisible movement.
Combining personal and community ceremony, emotional and relational intelligence, the program equips you to undertake a week long survival quest, where your training and skill will be tested and honed.
The course creates the opportunity to deepen the awareness of self, of community and the natural world. By gaining confidence and competence in living close to the earth, and listening to a deeper wisdom within, profound healing and changes can manifest.
